This safaricom ipo is really interesting as you said makii.

I have been searching online for more about it and I have to say that there is more romours ,innuendo, false hopes etc than there is real analysis of safaricom.

I don't care much about politics, I just care about the numbers. I can't get the numbers anywhere.

Where can I find the prospectus of this company? Why are politicians so interested in this safaricom ipo. We have ipo's everyday in the nikei exchange and I don't see any politicians involved.

So before I go negative on this safaricom ipo, is there anyone who can send me or provide a link for their prospectus?
